The Schoool of Startups for Researchers is a programme organized by UPTEC and it is conducted in the INVENTHEI scope.

This online program aims to promote entrepreneurship skills that improve young entrepreneurs’ capacity to structure and implement their business ideas. In order to achieve that, during the program, the participants will meet CEOs from startups and established companies who will share their experience of being global entrepreneurs. The School of Startups for Researchers also includes mentoring moments with UPTEC experts and guest entrepreneurs.

During the programme, which includes 36 hours of sessions, the participants will work, in teams, on their research projects and transform them into business ideas. If the participants don’t have a research project or a team, they will be assigned to a group, in order to develop a potential business project.  After a pitch training, the participants will have the opportunity to present their solutions, in a face-to-face session.
